Try it once, or try it for two weeks.
Two intro offers for first-time guests. One is a single session to see what the sauna and cold plunge feel like. The other is two weeks of unlimited visits to find out if it becomes a habit. Neither one signs you up for a membership, and there is no contract.
A single guided class or open session. Best if you want to try it once before you decide anything. First-time guests only, once per person.
Unlimited sessions for two weeks from your first visit. Best if you already know you want to build a routine and want to feel the difference a few sessions a week makes. First-time guests only, once per person.
Which one is for you
The $20 drop-in is the "try it once" option. Come in, do a full 60 minutes, decide later. Nothing renews.
The $89 two week unlimited is the "find out if this sticks" option. Two weeks is long enough to get past the first-session novelty and see how your body responds to regular heat and cold. Most people who do it come three or four times a week. At that rate it works out to a few dollars a session.
If you are not sure, start with the $20. You can move to a membership or a pack any time. See full pricing.
What a session is like
Every session is 60 minutes. You alternate between the sauna and the cold plunge in rounds, with time to breathe and settle in between. In a guided class a lead runs the group through the rounds and the breathwork. In an open session you set your own pace and move between the sauna and plunge when you are ready.
If it is your first time, book a guided class. It is the easiest way to learn how long to stay in the heat, how to get into the cold, and how to breathe through it.
